SETAS DE LA SIERRA DE ALBARRACÍN
La Sierra de Albarracín es una de las zonas de España con mas diversidad de setas. Más de 30 especies comestibles que harán las delicias de los micófagos, y mas de 300 especies con formas y tamaños inimaginables para que los amantes de la micología disfruten de este reino tan especial.
Quercus Aventura os guiará tanto en otoño como en primavera con su personal especializado, por los hábitats de las setas presentes en la Sierra de Albarracín, para que niños y grandes tengan una experiencia inolvidable.
Aprendiendo a conocer las Setas de la Sierra de Albarracín
La actividad que os proponemos consiste en realizar un paseo micológico por diferentes hábitats de la Sierra de Albarracín.
Tanto en otoño como en primavera, podremos encontrar diferentes especies comestibles como el boleto, níscalo, negrilla, seta de cardo,llanegas, cándida, marzuelos, colmenillas, seta de San Jorge o perretxico y un largo etcétera de especies comestibles.
Nuestros guías especializados, os ayudarán a conocer estas especies, las zonas donde se desarrollan, las especies de árboles, arbustos o herbáceas asociadas a ellas. También durante el sendero micológico, conoceremos diferentes géneros con especies tóxicas y la manera de distinguirlas de las comestibles.
Finalmente aprenderemos a recolectar de manera sostenible los ejemplares, así como técnicas de conservación y como cocinarlas para obtener su mejor rendimiento culinario.
La actividad tendrá una duración de unas 2,5 horas aproximadamente.
Incluye:
Senderismo micológico con el fin de reconocer ejemplares
Taller de identificación de especies, donde los participantes aprenderán a manejar terminología de identificación de hongos.
